Integration and Onboarding Policy

This Integration and Onboarding Policy outlines the steps, responsibilities, and guidelines for clients to integrate with STAAR PAYOUT PRIVATE LIMITED’s (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) platform, APIs, and services. By engaging in integration and onboarding, you agree to comply with this policy.


1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

  • Ensure seamless and efficient onboarding of clients to our platform.
  • Provide a clear framework for integration with our APIs and systems.
  • Define roles and responsibilities of both the Company and the client during onboarding.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Integration of pay-in (collection) and payout (payment) APIs.
  • Onboarding clients for services, including vendor payouts, salary payouts, and RNR (Rewards and Redemptions) services.
  • Technical and operational collaboration with client systems.

3. Onboarding Process

a. Initial Assessment

  • The Company conducts an initial assessment to understand the client’s requirements and technical infrastructure.
  • Clients must provide necessary business and technical information to facilitate the onboarding process.

b. Documentation and API Credentials

  • The Company provides detailed API documentation, integration guides, and sandbox environments for testing.
  • Unique API credentials are issued to clients upon successful registration.

c. Integration Testing

  • Clients are required to test API integrations in the sandbox environment.
  • The Company offers technical support during the testing phase to address issues and ensure proper functionality.

d. Go-Live Approval

  • After successful testing, the client requests approval for live integration.
  • The Company conducts a final review before granting access to the production environment.

4. Integration Guidelines

a. Technical Requirements

  • Clients must ensure their systems meet the minimum technical specifications outlined in our documentation.
  • Secure protocols (e.g., HTTPS) must be used for all API communications.

b. Data Security

  • Clients are responsible for protecting API credentials and ensuring secure data handling practices.
  • The Company reserves the right to audit client systems for compliance with security standards.

c. Rate Limits

  • API usage is subject to predefined rate limits to maintain system performance.
  • Clients must monitor their usage to avoid exceeding these limits.

5. Roles and Responsibilities

a. Company Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive documentation and technical support during onboarding.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of APIs during the integration process.
  • Conduct regular updates to improve system performance and security.

b. Client Responsibilities

  • Assign a dedicated technical contact for integration and support.
  • Follow the Company’s guidelines and best practices for API integration.
  • Report issues promptly and cooperate in resolving them.
