Refund Policy

  • The service purchased is eligible for a refund as outlined in the service agreement or product description.
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
  • The service was not successfully delivered due to errors on our part.

2. Refund Process

If the refund is approved by the Company, the following process will be followed:

  1. Clients will submit a refund request through our customer support email or ticketing system.
  2. If applicable, and if the bank offers refund APIs, the Company will utilize Refund APIs to initiate the refund process. This is subject to the bank’s terms and the availability of refund APIs.
  3. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used by the client within 7-10 business days, subject to banking channels.

3. Use of Bank Refund APIs

If the bank provides Refund APIs, the refund process will be carried out seamlessly through the bank’s system. Clients must:

  • Provide accurate details required for the refund API process.
  • Acknowledge that the final refund timeline may depend on the bank’s procedures and policies.

4. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Services that have already been successfully delivered.
  • Digital products or software that have been downloaded or activated.
  • Errors caused due to incorrect information provided by the client.
  • Non-compliance with service terms and conditions.
