4. Role as a Technology Service Provider (TSP)

Facilitation Role

We operate as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) offering digital payment infrastructure and bank referral support for seamless financial transactions.

Referral to Banking Partners

• We may refer clients to specific banks for optimal payout and settlement solutions

• The referred bank holds full discretion to accept, reject, or delay onboarding based on their internal compliance

We are not responsible for the final outcome of any bank onboarding process.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content

All content available on our website and platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, APIs, software, logos, brand elements, and documents — is either owned by STAAR PAYOUT PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed to us.
